Our Autumn seasonal release tries to capture the evening getting cooler and the leaves falling from the few trees they fall from in our beautiful country.
We use a dose of Rye Malt from NSW mixed with Belgian Malts to produce a light Saison that has a good hop presence from our favoured NZ hop Motueka, with the classic Saaz hop peaking through the Brettanomyces used to float this beer back to earth.
This beer should age well in the bottle over a year or two...time to invest in a wine fridge to use for beer!
Made with Belgian and Australian Malt, NZ and Czech Hops and Saison Yeast
