Shipping
Whilst every effort is made to get your order out the door as quickly as possible, there are currently unavoidable delays. Shipping times will vary from state to state. Couriers we use range from the likes of TNT to Bonds Couriers and will be selected based on a range of factors. We will provide tracking details to you when available.

Pickup
After placing an order and selecting pickup from our Botany location, you agree that you're 18+ years of age and must provide proof of age on pickup. You will be sent a notification via email or text when your order is ready for collection, typically within an hour and only during the hours of: Monday to Friday, 4pm till 5pm.
