At Fontaine, our love for Nelson Sauvin hops runs deep & in this brew, it's all we used. Mash hopped with Nelson in the boil, Nelson hop oil in the whirlpool, dry hopped with Nelson Cryo & freestyle Nelson hop Kief then cold fermented.
This beer was crafted with Dingemans Pilsner Malt, Malted Wheat & Chit, hopped with Nelson Sauvin in all its forms.
