Our award winning Ruby Ruby Ruby, aged in shiraz barrels for 1 year then on organic dried currants for a further 6 months.

Vibrant & balanced with backnotes of oak, shiraz, deepened by a dark cherry & fruit aroma & flavour. Perfect as a post dinner digestif or enjoy with a chocolate fondant.

This beer was crafted with Australian Malt, Ardennes Yeast, Lactobacillus Brevis, Pediococcus, Brettanomyces & Dried Organic Currants.
