Grapefruit Apéritif Negroni
Ingredients
- 30mL Fontaine Ruby Grapefruit Aperitif
- 30mL Gin
- 30mL Fontaine Dark Sweet Vermouth
Method
Step 1
Add the gin, vermouth and aperitif to a mixing glass or jug filled with ice. Stir until well chilled.
Step 2
Strain into a glass and serve over one large ice sphere or fresh ice.
